Owners of Snap presses

Please tell me about them? I am really thinking about buying one. Is it tough to learn to use? Do you like it? Will I ruin many dipes before getting the hang of it? :LOL

I my snap press. I use it for everything, dd has a lot of snapping dress now lol.

I got mine from www.diapershop.com. They have a great tutorial on the site, it is really easy to get the hang of. I used scrap fabric to practice on before I put them on dipes. I used different numbers of layers and different fabrics/fabric combos to figure out what they could and couldn't go through easily (and what needed a bit of oomph).

Just started with mine last week

and I love it! It took me a little while to be comfortable with it, maybe ten snaps or so until I had it figured out, but it's great! Just mess with it on some scraps before you try it on something important

I got my snap press from the Snap Store and I it! I practiced with the extra snaps they sent and that's all it took for me to get it. (Except I forgot to put an extra layer of fabric behind the snaps in my first pocket!) I like the variety packs they have available because I don't make enough diapers yet to go through a lot of snaps quickly.

Oh I love seeing good things about snap presses! Mine should be here today!!! (I can't wait!!) We got a nice tax return and this was my one splurge ... it took me a while to justify getting it (to myself), but I figure I can make the girls snapping dresses, some mama cloth with snaps, diapers (of course), and.. I've been wracking my brain thinking up all the wonderful things I can put snaps on
