OTG article in Organic Living

I generally think Organic Living magazine should be called Yuppie Living BUT there was a great article about an OTG couple in Canada. They live in a floating house on a lake-they built it themselves out of scavenged wood complete with a floating dance studio, three greenhouses and a chicken coop- all painted magenta! They make their living by selling carved whale teeth that they make themselves in their floating carving studio. They have been OTG for 13 years so far.

I saw that and loved it.

Yes, it is a yuppie mag. But I like it. I just don't buy any of that stuff they advertise.

They did tell everyone how to clean the house with non-toxic stuff like baking soda and vinegar. Us smart chicks have been doing that for years.

I saw that article as well. I loved the couple, and their home. Their lifestyle is so interesting and peaceful to me. I just had to share the article with my husband, so we sat on the couch and I read it aloud to him for something new. He was fascinated as well.
