The Today Show estimated our financial value

Did anyone see this this morning?
I don't have a link, but the Today Show this morning interviewed a financial analyst that estimated that sahms "would be" worth about $130 a year if we were paid.
The core salary was about $45K, but all of the overtime brought the total annual income to $130K, if we were paid employees.
I'd say that's close.

I didn't see it, but wouldn't it be nice for our families to make that money--or at least to have some kind of tax write-off for staying home!

I first read this as $130.00 :LOL I couldnt help but think, 'I know our job is undervalued, but COME ON! But then I read some more and it makes sense now.
