I found a great deal for a fcb fitted on the tp, because the elastic was shot in the legs and front. I thought it was the perfect opportunity to try one out. Well, I got it and felt so bad for the poor thing, I had to fix it .
Needless to say, I could have mad about four diapers in the time it took me to fix this one! I had to undo most of the serging to fix the elastic, so I decided to just take it all out and make it a pretty color
. So, I had to put new snaps on too.
It is only part fcb now, but I still feel a little bit hyena
(I don't want to get blasted or anything, so don't worry, I would never try to sell it as a real fcb.)
Just happy to have one, and it's now so pretty, I just wanted to share. My first fcb, back from the "grave".
Btw, it fits my 16 pound chubby chub. I thought size two was 20 +?

: work for removing the snaps. It, amazingly, doesn't damage the fabric. I've had to do it on wool, and haven't had any problems yet........ (That's what happens when I try to make things while my little dd is awake, sometimes I put a snap on wrong
. They are tapered, so you can just slide them under the snap and pop it off. My dh's idea, and I thought he was crazy! Had to eat some crow on that one :LOL
