Darling Diapers diaper pattern tips????

I received my Darling Diapers diaper pattern today!!! I was wondering if anyone who has used this pattern has any tips for me before I start my first one?

I made one then got too busy to make more. If you read through the whole pattern first and make sure you make good markings on the pattern for side snap, side aplix, front snap, etc, you'll be in good shape. I thought it was a really easy diaper to make, once I got the pattern all put together and figured out which markings were for which style. I used the same colors as she used in her directions to mark the different closure styles on my pattern. Good luck, DD is one of my favorite diapers!

It really is a very easy pattern to follow, IMO. Just read through it first and you should be good to go.

I made my first one but did it with an over cast stitch and it came out huge! LOL I thought it was a pretty straight foward patttern. Good Luck !!

I have the pattern and have cut out one diaper, but have not had the time to sew yet... We are moving into a house from a small apartment so I am waiting to have a sewing room. The pattern seems so clear-cut and makes so much sense. I am itching to sew, but I don't want to have to pull out the machine, put it on the dining table, and put it away in the evening. Too much work...
