good place to buy sandals online?

Thread Starter
I'm a size 11.5 in womens. I'm having a hard time finding sandals for the summer that meet the following requirements:
1. be 11.5 womens or 9.5 narrow mens
2. flat sole
3. (not a requirement) but I'd like them to either slip on or buckle (vs. velcro).
4. "dressy" enough to be fancy enough for college teaching at a community college but also work well with shorts kicking around with my 2 yr old.

I'm ok with tevas, but honestly that kind of shoe begins to stink for me after about a month of daily use.

ebay is certainly an option, but I hate not being able to return.

any ideas for places to buy birkenstocks that are cheap?
other suggestions welcome too.

What about Chacos?

I'm going to lurk here on this thread... because I wear an 11/12 (depending on the brand) in women's shoes as well.

I have ordered some nice sandals from Eddie Bauer (only in the winter though, when on a huge clearance) in larger sizes... otherwise I have *gasp* a few PayLess shoes. They always have the bigger sizes.

I don't know what they carry in larger sizes, but www.zappos.com has an incredible selection of shoes, with free shipping and free returns. Their prices seem reasonable too, but I haven't done a lot of comparisons. The shoes I ordered from them arrived in two days, and I didn't like any of them. I went online and printed out a return shipping label, put them all back in the box, and I think UPS even came and picked it up from my front porch. Very easy!
