Question for punkprincess, Melissa, swedemom (and Sharon Anne)

We are all due on 6/21 (Sharon Anne on 6/20).

What is your lmp date? Are you basing your due date on your lmp??

The reason I ask is because my LMP is 9/16 which gives my mw/ob office my "official due date" of 6/23 but I know that I ovulated on day 12, not day 14 which is what those round due date calculator things are based on SO I use the due date of 6/21. I figure it gives me two more days of less hassle anyway on the off chance I go way past my due date.

I am curious if you ladies have a lmp date of 9/14 or is your due date based on when you ovulated.

I know these dates are all just an average anyway but I've just been thinking about it as it approaches.

Melissa, I remember from The One Thread that your O temp day was wacky because your ds woke you up in the middle of the night and then you slept really late and didn't temp at the regular time (yes, my memory is scary like this!) - are you basing your due date on your LMP or your O date?

I was just thinking about us today -- all of us ladies conceiving on the same day (or thereabouts).

To answer your question, my LMP was 9/13 and, according to Fertilty Friend, I ovulated on 9/28 which was day 16 of my cycle. That's what I'm basing my due date on -- I was pg earlier in the year and miscarried, and I ovulated on day 16 then, too. I didn't chart enough to really get a feel for what day was my O day, but there is that slight pattern there.

My LMP was 9/11 (which I thought was creepy enough at the time! :LOL) By O, my due date is 6/21, by LMP it's 6/19, so we decided to compromise with the 6/20. I am actually due on the 21st though

I got a negative a OPK on the 13th, but i must say i never one got a + with those things, and i suspect it was the 14 ot 15th which was cd14 for me which gives me a date of the 21st
funny thing is, in all the ultrasounds, i never got a firm date...

I am so positive about the day I ovulated, it's not even partly funny. And the really weird thing is I wasn't really "into" charting that month. I was temping, but wasn't using my saliva scope and really had no clue when I was going to O. Dh and I went on a bit of a "spree" though :LOL Saturday night and then again Sunday morning. We were in Kohl's on Sunday later morning, getting birthday presents for our mothers (they're three days apart), and I felt an O cramp. I said "OUCH!" And DH asked if I was okay. "Yep, I think I just spit out an egg. I hope I did, because there's NO WAY we missed it if I did!" :LOL

Not everyone can pinpoint conception, ovulation and implantation as well as those of us who were TTC and charting and such can. I'm grateful I was doing all that.

So, even though we have some variation in lmp and cycle date we seem to have all o'd on the same date--'cept for Sha. Sunday morning was the 26th....

It will be so interesting to see how long we all gestate and how close together our babies are born.

Thats funny because I was wondering what you were all basing your due dates on! I am basing mine on last period. Which puts me on the 19th of June. I have no idea when I ovulated though! We had quit trying! Figures right! I was thinking about with DD I was much more unsure of when I had even had a period and was only able to give them the week and not a day. With DS I knew the day and infact had a blood test and KNOW that he was three weeks along at that time according to the blood work! So I'm interested in whether this means that maybe they just had DD's due date wrong. So Lets see when DS gets here! Hopefully soon! VERY SOON!

Notice how the two latest cycle day ovulator's had their babies first? And earliest lmp, too.
