Samantha has been pestering me for bread. I may have to try again. For two whole batches, they love a bread. Then they don't. Ugh.

BTW, I have never had problems with honey feeding yeast, that is all I ever used prior to being GF. I baked about 4 loaves a week. You do need to decrease your water amount slightly since honey is a liquid. I also use raw, fresh honey, not store bought stuff.
