Favourite Childrens BF books (WBW celebration)

Okay I admit this thread is not just about book reviews...

I want the libraries in my town to be donated childrens BF books in celebration of World Breastfeeding Week... BUT, I don't want it to be a personal donation, but rather one from the local Breastfeeding Committee I am on (so we can get some fan fair and promotion of breastfeeding, and the committee itself).

We have 17 libraries in town, and while our committee is on a tight budget, I would still like to see them donating at least one childrens BF book to each branch.

I am specifically looking for help on deciding which books would be the best to give. Unfortunately due to lack of support from the Canadian Pediatric Society, the books can not portray co-sleeping in them. Also I am not restricting ourselves to baby books.

So, what are your favourite kids breastfeeding books?

I also have to figure out how to present this idea to the committee. I figure I would have to have a sample of every book I feel meets the approved standards. The sad part is I don't even have one book of the sort, but I might be able to scrape together some cash for this cause. If anyone knows of a cheap Canadian source for any of these books please do link me to them. A whlolesale source might be nice too.

I like I'm Made of Mama's Milk by Mary Olsen. DD loves it too. It shows a mama and her nursling nursing in bed, in the bath, in the park, etc. There is a mirror at the end which is dd's favorite part.

We also have We Like to Nurse by Chia Martin. This one shows different types of animals nursing. I don't like this one as much because I think the illustrations are kind of ugly.

There is also a book called The Biggest Bed in the World that I LOVE. It's more about co-sleeping but does show the mama breastfeeding.

I think it's a great idea for you to get pro-bf books into the libraries!

I like "What the Cat Saw" It's not a breastfeeding book, it's just a book about what the cat sees while most of the world is asleep. One thing the cat sees is the mommy getting up and nursing the baby. I like it because it is presented in a normal matter of fact way.

"Breastmilk Makes My Tummy Yummy." I love this book! The illustrations make me laugh. Here's a picture! -Jude

I really like "I'm Made of Mama's Milk". Its got photos instead of drawings, which is unusual, and it features a toddler. There's a really love picture of nursing in bed that just looks soooo peaceful to me.
