With all three of my children my minimum bf goal was 18 months. I missed that by 15 months with ds1(still sad on that), 3 months with dd(self weaned during pg) and no months with Isaac. Because today is his 18 months birthday and he is still nursing! I am sooo thrilled. There were some hard times in there and times I thought I wanted to wean because I was so tired of bieng suckled. It usually turned out to be other issues that made it seem like weaning would be easier. And I am glad we stuck with it. Now, on to 2 years!
