First the good news. My family doc is willing to write my script for antiboitics during labor. 
No big deal you may say but for me this totally was! My midwife charges about $100 to use IM antibiotics (which we would have paid but rather not). So I called & asked him if he would do it & he will!!! I am so glad so now, it will cost about $20!!! (I love 
my family doc. Wish he could be an OB Too! He is so laid back!)
Second thing that happend today made me laugh so hard. I was at a breastfeeding coalition meeting today, and we have this Dr. that is on the board. Everyone is asking me about my homebirth (keep in mind that coalition is made up of mostly PP nurses). He was asking about my prior births & when my babys usually come. I told about my last hellacious birth & how I was pitted & stuff. He then goes, "Well is your DH pitting you???" I am like, huh???
And he then has this twinkle in his eye. I am like OHHHH I get it now. He says your husband has a job to do!! 
LOL!!!!! I about died. This doc is a realy conservative christian and it blew me away!!! He says nipple stimulations works really well, and oral is the best kind!!! OMG!!! 
Anyway, got me laughing really hard today!! Had to share. (BTW, told DH about it and I said, that is what I mean by you being an active participant in this labor!!!!
