Dh and I both suffer from allergy and sinus problems. His have been horrible lately. Actually everyone around here has had problems. What can we do for them? No meds are working for him. I can only take a few things as I am nursing. But it isn't working too well and I'm worried about it affecting my milk supply. I was just suffering through the itchy eyes and other symptoms. But I can't live through the headaches that turn into migraines. So, are there any natural remedies? And which are safe for my baby?

Just subscribing and bumping. This time of year is murder for my eyes and nasal passages.
I find that flushing my eyes and sinuses with plain saline solution several times a day seems to help. That, and benadryl (not sure about that with nursing though).
I would like to learn about some homeopathic remedies that are safe for ttc/preggo/nursing women.
I'm headed to my bookshelf to see what my herb books yield. Get back with you later.
