I Did It!!!!

I did it!
I can’t believe I have a healthy baby BOY!!!!
He is BEAUTIFUL!! Phoenix Ocean was born yesterday at 4:38pm after about a 25 hour labor!!!! But I got my home birth and over all it was wonderful!! I still can’t believe I have done it! I’m so proud of myself, I will admit I had moments of doubt as it was by far the hardest thing I have EVER done in my life!
He was HUGE!! 9lbs 2 oz and 22 ½ inches long!! I’ve hardly slept in the past 3 days! I’m buggered !
But so so so proud of myself and I thank God, He got me through this.
It was such an empowering experience, after being told my pelvis was too small and my c-section this has truly been healing.
I’m so in love with my baby boy, I’m so happy!!! I will try and post photos tomorrow! and update more but my butt KILLS!

Amazing high, isn't it? I love to hear wonderful homebirth stories after c-section. You rock! You should feel proud. You did an amazing job. Too small to birth...you proved them wrong! Strong and awesome woman. Birth works!

CONGRATS!! That is SO wonderful!!

It is so great to hear you and baby are doing well!

Especially great that you faced a personal challenge---a homebirth after a c-section, and you did it!!

You deserve this joy and sense of accomplishment!!
