Everybody was convinced we're having a boy, but I kept joking that my naughty self wants to prove everybody wrong and have a girl. Just so that I can tell them "see???!!!

and my naughty self won! we had a baby girl on May 17! Around 10:35 am. Nobody knows the exact time of birth. The midwife made it to our house about half an hour after she was born.
I feel so empowered by having an amazing totally-not-what-I-expected kinda birth.
She is on a small side, but doing well.
5 pounds 4oz and 18 inches long. On my side of the family, we're all very small and always have small babies, so it is quite normal for us.
We almost have a name *lol*. Just going between 2 variations of one. We'll have to decide soon and then I'll post an update.
