don't be scared....just sip slowly...and don't smell it first! :LOL i might have been able to drink it, if i hadn't first stuck my nose in the glass and taken a big whiff.
if you can eat plain yogurt, you may like it. plain yogurt is too sour for me. i can only eat flavored/sweetened yogurt. i tried both raspberry, and vanilla kefir, and i added stevia to it. no go.
i find kefir to be more sour than yogurt.
but it also has this weird rancid, cheesy type smell that makes me go ack. and it has these little grainy specks in it.
it is soooooo good for you. give it a whirl!
