What SLING would you recommend as a gift - Page 2

I posted here when I was looking for my first sling. Overwhelming majority recommended hotslings. Boy, am I thrilled with the choice. I have a stretch cotton with one padded rail. DD is now 6 mos old and we use it ALL the time including two long airplane trips (no stroller at the airport is much easier). Why not ask friend for measurments without telling why, the gift will still be a surprise.

I started with a KKAFP, sadly the size I ordered was a bit big for me, they really do stretch out a lot when you get your little bundle in them. But they are very very easy for a beginner to use! It took me awhile to get the hang of ring slings.

Exactly what I was thinking. Granted I am biased because I am madly, deeply in love with our hotslings.... But I have seldom met a mama that tried it and didn't like it.

I have been wanting a hotsling myself... so perhaps I should get myself one and let her see how it works and then get one for her later...

I vote for an adjustable pouch like the Maya Wrap Adjustable Pouch. Most fit a medium so you would be safe.
Also, you can get a solid color for the mainstream crowd.
