Fit/Sizing: One size fits all - can get it made with longer straps if needed.
Performance: Great, great, great! I wore it for a couple hours as soon as I got it. It is SO comfortable. My 4 month old loves it. He was able to see out while he was awake and looked quite comfortable while sleeping in it. The pocket on the front is fantastic as it is big enough to hold all my essentials - keys, credit card, cell phone, lip gloss - when I don't want to carry a bag. It is very easy to use.
Workmomship: The sewing is professional. It is very beautiful and durable!
Customer Service/Communication: Jessica is SO wonderful! I asked her for a custom fabric and she worked very hard to find one that I would love. We emailed back and forth several times. I told her what I was looking for (something that would go with just about all my clothing and that would match the natural straps I liked!) and she emailed me a couple different times with several fabric examples that she had scanned so I could see what they looked like. We found a fabric that I LOVE! She made the carrier and I received it in just a little over a week from when I decided what fabric I wanted. She is absolutely great to work with!

Additional Comments: I know that I have not used this carrier for long, but I can just tell that it is going to be the best one I own and that I will not like it any less than I do after I use it for a long time - I will probably like it more!
