Right now anything that fits! Usually though, stretchy pants, jeans, and comfy shirts. Which luckily is most of what fits. My beloved was a couple sizes smaller than me, but he is doing the whole empathy eating and all that, and hasn't had the healthiest habits this past year anyways, so he's now at the same size I am. LOL Most of the time right now, it's maternity shorts {without the ugly stretch tummy thing, thank God} and my own t-shirts from year before last, when I weighed 229-241. Knew I kept those for a reason. And skirts whenever I find one in my closet or packing boxes that fits...

I wear terrible old t-shirts and shorts or sweats No shoes and no bra because I have very large breasts and if I wear a bra for more than a few hours I end up with a headache. I don't shave and I only bath every other day or so because of very dry skin. I don't brush my hair ijust braid or ponytail although It was pink and is now blue also because I can. I am a total slob at home, but when i go out I look good. Sexy stylish slightly hippy or funky jewelry never makeup.

Well, I don't wear shoes around the house. I hate shoes. I wear my materinity shirts or comfy oversized T-Shirts I have (pregnant) and sweatpant or knit type pants. Sometimes I do my hair in a ponytail, otherwise my hair doesnt' get done. No make-up around the house. I didn't used to wear a bra often around the house, but they are getting really big while I am pregnant so I like the support.

When I go out relaxed jeans with sweaters or shirts, sandals or wedge type shoes (comfort - no socks so long as it's not winter) and light make-up. Very casual.

I never understood women who got really dressed up and wore make-up and did their hair around the house. Sounds uncomfrotable to me. Then again, maybe it helps with esteem and feeling good about yourself to look nice. Sometimes I wonder if I should fix up more when I am around the house, but when I do, I stain good clothes with bleach and whatnot and make-up is bad for my skin.

I am a clean freak though... I brush my hair, brush my teeth at least twice a day, and I hate/loathe body hair... it makes me feel dirty so I shave my arms, underams, legs and hoho bits daily. I LOVE taking my baths, and withotu a hot bath once a day I feel lost and tense.

Right now I am 25-30 pounds overweight (from being pregnant), so until the fat is off I'll continue to wear very casual, cheap shorts, sweatpants/t-shirts. I just won't spend money on transition clothes.

I do look forward to being in shape again (I'm working on it daily). When I'm back to pre-pregnancy weight, I'll wear nice jeans, fitted tops, casual fitted skirts at times. I try to keep my hair cut stylishly short, and I do wear a bit of make-up.

OK I'm a slouch in this department but when you're surrounded by the little ones all day and their sticky hands, faces and everything else you don't go for style, you go for comfort. hahaha so it's shorts, t-shirts and nothing on the feet in the house, yoga pants if it's chilly. When I go to playgroup I basically put on a nicer t-shirt *read one that isn't stained* and if I go to the Dr's it's a usually a nicer top. When not pg it's basically the same. I mean, what's the point? I try to keep myself looking nice for dh but I am not a makeup person so nice equates to clean, groomed, etc.

Well, my daughter is still brand new so I don't have the special circumstances of having to run after a toddler for instance. She stays pretty clean except for the occasional spit up so I can basically stay looking *nice*.

Right now I think I look good patially because I felt so dumpy that when I was no longer pregnant I had a desire to look nice again.

Also, my husband really likes and appreciates it when I do things like shower and put in lip gloss! ha ha

Yeah! I love all these laid back mommas!
Most days I take a shower and just put on the pj's I've been wearing for the past three days! LOL (DH loves that!)
I used to wear make up before I was pregnant, that was just to go out and about though... as soon as I found out I was pregnant I stopped wearing make-up completly.
I usually just put my hair in a pony tail/bun thing. I acutally had a dread clump in the back because I rarely brush it I just put it up... I had to cut it out of my hair! LOL
When I do go out of the house now I'm just a jeans and t-shirt gal... I usually just throw on the pants and a bra and I"m ready to go...
I only wear a bra when I go out....

I do get excited when we go out on a date (these are VERY few and far between!) but its fun to put on some nice non stained clothes and actually do my hair...feel a little sexy for a change

YEAH for sweats! LOL

Usually I just wear shorts and a tank top with my hair in a ponytail. I don't even own any makeup. Most days we leave the house at least once so I try to look presentable enough for being in public. Occasionally, we'll have a day where we never make it out if our pajamas. :

I have a lot of nice looking activewear. Boot cut yoga pants, capris, and nice T shirts or tanks. I have to be comfortable and I am on the run all day long or biking with the kids in the burley. I wear flip flops every day too. It is great. My purse is a big messenger bag which is currently moonlighting as a diaper bag.

When I was working, The thing I hated most was that I had to wear closed toe shoes in my job. Yech.

When we're just staying around the house, I'm perfectly happy wearing old sweats, pajama pants, track shorts, and t-shirts. And flip-flops, of course, those are a must! I'm also not uncomfortable being seen in public in my grubby stay-at-home clothes if I need to run an errand or something.

On the days that we go out (which is most days), I dress for the weather. Now that it's warm, I mostly wear shorts, sleeveless tees, and tank tops. I also have a couple of halter-style tanks that I love. Everything is basic and comfy, and I can mix and match my wardrobe. I don't really accessorize, my ears aren't pierced, DD loves to yank necklaces, and my watch was stolen out of my car a few months ago, and I haven't bothered to replace it. My hair is usually in a ponytail or a bun, and on really bad hair days, I have a cute white sun hat that matches everything, and I just pull my hair back and throw that on. Now that DD is getting bigger, I carry a purse instead of a diaper bag. It's big enough to throw an extra diaper and a couple of wipes in, and I just throw a change of clothes for DD in the backseat of the car. She usually will carry her sippy cup and one toy to the car when we go somewhere, so I don't have to worry about hauling it around.

DH says my "uniform" is a pair of athletic pants and a t-shirt. I do try to make sure I'm clean though..No stains, etc on the shirt..

I want some nice capris and things but I'm losing weight right now..WOOHOO..SO I don't want to buy much until I've lost a good bit!!

i have like multiable personalites when it comes to my closet....always have always willl, for me there are so many roles i do play and characters that i feel, i have to dress the part....

but my main rules (now more than ever) are to be functional, comfortable, and natural fibers

so since i was the head cheerleader, beauty contest winner, who grew up on a commune....and that is just a FEW of my many selves...

i dress how i feel that day

so somedays i look very anarchist punk

hippy

soccer mom

sorority girl

gap add

vintage

bum!

jock

flower child

slut

uptight/conservative....

it is so funny

my dh gets a kick out of coming home and seeing what i felt like

i am not afraid to be ME where ever i am and around who ever happens to be there

if my hair is dirty, my clothes are stained, and my feet are dirty in my old flip flops adn i am at the up scale palyground...i don;t care

if i am with all the hippy moms at the co-op and i am wearing ralph lauren and gucci (all from yardsales and thrift, everything i own is) then that does not make me feel less crunchy

i never wear make up

i don't really do my hair

i usually feel more on top of things if i am clean (hair clothes teeth etc)

i have a hard time not getting stains

and i love to play dress up

the hardest part with me and clothes is that i have a weird body

34 DD boobs!

only 5'1"

tiny waist round hips

very muscular

most clothes have to be altered somewhat to fit me!

I used to be so cute...back in the prebaby days. I always had clean hair and even if i didnt wear makeup all the time i always tried to look pulled-together. I loved those rayon hippie dresses and fun jewelry and clothes from different cultures. Now i wont wear anything that requires drycleaning, and jewelry has been abandoned. Since i have been a SAHM i have become such a slug. I rarely blowdry and style my hair, usually just going the ponytail route. I live in my workout clothes (tshirts, stretchy gym pants). If i am going out for something special, like a birthday party or playdate, i wear my pre-baby clothes, but if i am just at home i live in the slug clothes. Makeup? I cant even be bothered to put in my contacts most days, much less put on makeup. I can count on one hand the times i have shaved my legs in the last 2 months. Heck, I am lucky if i get a shower at all where i dont have to stop halfway cus DS has climbed into the shower with me.

My pre baby days were very stylish, designer clothing mostly skirts short and long and hip pants and lots of wedge heels, I always wore make-up, my hair was usually down, it is/was close to my behind, sometimes I would roll my hair into a bun and hold it together with chinese sticks.
During pregnancy it was mostly dresses, I hated elastic or anything squezzing on my belly - it made it itch!
Now I wear little dresses that are comfy that I wouldn't wear in public b/c of shortness or tank tops with loose fitting gym shorts. Its so hot!!! I wear chuncky sandals but very rarely will I put on heels. If I go out I usually wear shorts with tank tops, if it isn't steaming hot I will wear a long skirt w/ tank top, sometimes my capri pants, all of the above with chuncky sandals. Never any makeup unless there is a special occasion and at home, no bra.

It is hot here now so I most wear jean shorts, tank top, short sleeve shirt, sleeveless shirts and sandals or "athletic type" slides (got some from Lands End and love them).
In the fall/colder weather I love bootcut jeans (still want to wear my sandals as long as I can though) and layer alot depending on the wearther and activity.

I shower everyday and "do" my hair everyday; I have found a good style and length and rarely have to use anything but some velcro rollers when damp it gives me body and gets the layers to lay where I want them.

I do wear makeup everyday, mostly a foundation I have been using a mineral makeup for a couple of years now that is great as I am very fair skinned and it has a natural spf in it. When it is hot maybe a bit of mascara, but if we are swimming and really active I skip that. In the fall I wear more of the foundation, eyeliner and mascara.

I wear jewelry every day. Dh used to buy me a lot so I have a lot of rings and necklaces. Dd likes to pick out what she wants me to wear (she loves going through my jewelry box). No use in them sitting around not being worn.

I do enjoy kinda getting "dressed up" for church on Sundays though and so does dd.
