Anyone expecting #3? - Page 2

I'm not pregnant, or TTC (yet), but am avidly reading this thread because I am on the fence about having a third. I hope y'all don't mind me barging in here.

I am like a stalker lady at the park or store or church. If you have 3 kids, I'm going to ask you about how it was going from 2 kids to 3 kids!!!
This is me! I practically attacked this one woman at the zoo because she had two boys that looked to be about the same spacing as mine, and a third that was a baby.

I keep wondering something: I didn't find going from 1-2 all that difficult. Does that mean that I will find 2-3 incredibly difficult?!?!?

I dunno. However, I didn't find going from 1-2 terribly difficult. Maybe the first month or two, no that's not right. Maybe between months 2-6 but that was about it and even then it wasn't all that much. I likie to think that the transition was made easier because of how included my oldest was in my pregnancy with his baby brother. By the time he popped out, at a birth which his brother very much attended, he was well versed in baby care, baby actions, new mama roles and the transition went very well. I hope that it doesn't mean going from 2-3 will be more difficult, I'm banking on it being rather easy sailing.

We had the exact same experience. Thank you!

I'm expecting #3!!!! My experience going from one to two was fairly easy. I had been told it would be so hard, but I found that I was much more laid back and we had an easy transition. Don't know what to expect this time around!

I am actually expecting #4

We are expecting number 4 too.

I found it a bit more difficult than other posters to go from 2 to 3, mostly because my DS was so much older, and his needs were vastly different.
I also gained a lot of weight and generally didn't take care of myself well during that pregnancy, something I have hopefully stopped this time around.

I think those first few months are super difficult, becuase you are all getting to know babe, and adjusting. I ended up getting so frustrated sometimes.
But that's where a good support system helps.

I am especially excited to have a new babysitter/housecleaner, that though it's cutting into savings, it is so worth it for me and my sanity!

I am hoping she'll be able to help out some when new babe arrives too.

We bought a Nissan Quest when we had our DD who is 15 months, and LOVE it. So different from the minivans my mom drove for years. It was priced less than the Odysessy and the Sienna, and I liked all the features.

This time we'll be shopping for a new house! So much for making things easy on ourselves!
