Hi! Just thought I’d jump into the fray. My name is Debbie and I’m due on Jan. 8th (Elvis’ birthday, doncha know). I’m married and have four cats. I’m considering just letting them raise the baby. It’s kind of the same thing, right? Obviously, this is my first because I still think I’m going to have the one who never cries and comes out of the womb with a deep understanding of my needs as a mother. A mother who likes to lounge about. It will also like to sleep in and will prefer my musical taste over The Wiggles. I’m deluded and will remain happily so until the very last minute. 
I've lurked for a while and really like this forum. There seem to be a lot of smart and funny women about the place. I look forward to learning a lot and feeling reassured that I'm not the only one playing host to what looks remarkably like an alien at this point.
