Hello, happy June, everyone!
to all the sick / hurting babies! andrew has the worst cry when he topples and bonks his head. It kills me. I am also trying to restrain him from throwing himself off the edge of the bed!
Andrew is not interested in anything except walking. OF course, he can't walk yet, so this means the MOm-walker must take him by the hands and tour the house with him. If the mom-walker happens to be busy folding clothes or making dinner or doing anything else, it is tantrum time. He is completely undistractable. Is anyone else having serious screaming fits happening yet? Andrew SCREAMS whenever I try to change his diaper, put clothes on him, do something when he wants to walk, leave him on his tummy when he wants up . . . basically anything that confines him in any way. IT is so wearing. I thought this wasn't supposed to start for at least another 6 months.
I think it might also be becuase he is getting his fourth tooth this month -- the other bottom eye tooth just popped through this morning, after a grouchy early morning waking followed by 3 hours of grouchy non-sleeping. Finally dad woke up and walked him around the house for 10 min, after which he was fine and went back to sleep.
Okay, off to check out Harmony's site and then off to bed!
Harmony -- Great site so far! I love the little picture at the beginning, it's great! Also, you and LaRue look stylin' in the picture.
Raechel -- I have been to Kamloops -- my sister used to live in 100 Mile and when I lived in Ontario I would fly to visit her and she would pick me up in Kamloops. I love the weird, dry mountainscape around that area. I'm in Melfort, 2 hrs NorthEast of Saskatoon. What part of Ontario did you go to grad school in? I've lived in Kitchener/Cambridge and also Thunder Bay. Isnt' Canada a silly country? It's so big, but yet so small. When I was in B.C, almost everyone I told I was moving to Melfort had relatives there or had been there.
