Andy, Mendon OH is a teeny tiny little town of like 1000 people.. what's there??? I have never heard of it! It's waaaay over on the state line, near Ft. Wayne IN... probably 2+ hrs from here.
Spelling - I am a phonetic speller. If I can't remember how to spell, I just sound it out. Nothing else to do
BUT I'm also very easily annoyed by people who misue their there and they're and other such things. I never did master lay/lie though. I should.
Heidi, Yah, you gotta be like Andy and break your posts into 100 parts. That's how she's gonna make senior so fast :LOL
Annie, the reason I asked about toad.. I am a little obsessed, and have some cool concerts and stuff that aren't out in the public. I think they went to ucsb. Go 'slugs.
Joyce, you live in a bad development
Dh just pointed out to me that deed restriction or no, it's a federal regulation that he can put an antenna tower up in his yard. Just what I don't want, 100 feet of pole with antennas on top.
And OMG weekly spraying?!?! Because of all the west nile stuff, they spray here in "wet" places twice in spring/early summer, but the county does that. Otherwise we just slap the skeeters.
Sitting - Lauren gets extra practice by sitting onthe potty. She is tall enough now that her feet are flat on the floor and it has a little scoop to the back to give her a little support. I'll either hold her under her armpits with a tiny support or let her hang on my fingers. When she's done pottying, I'll hold her thighs and let her work those abs.
Andy, what a GREAT test of wheat. But it might need time to build in your system, you might need to repeat the cookie test :LOL
Heidi, I think that's where chiro vs. physical therapist comes in. My pt says as long as there is good support, it's ok, no dangly legs or anything, and to support heads even though they act like they have good control. Also the ortho surgeon friend of mine says the same, but to make sure to not ever have straight legs... buddha it is!
Karen, wheat vs. gluten - if you guys have a gluten issue, be wary of dairy too, as those little cows eat gluten all the time.. people with celiacs are frequently also dairy free for just that reason.
So Lauren really took off with fake coughing yesterday. She's been doing weak fake coughs for a few days, but last night something clicked, and now she sounds like an 80 yr old woman who smoked 3 packs a day for life. And she's decided she's a tummy sleeper, flipped over twice last night to sleep. I had no idea the front of a dipe could get so wet, she woke and peed while I was in the bathroom, and for the first time in her life, the front of the dipe was wet all the way to the top while the back was dry.
Gotta pump, I've been saving righty for a few hours to make boobsicles for the hot days this week.
