I didn't want to hijack the microwave-pitching thread, but I need to ask how to re-heat food on a stove without overcooking it?
We don't have a microwave but I've never been able to figure out how to re-heat meat, bread...anything that isn't in liquid and I dry it out when I try to warm it up. I waste a lot of leftovers this way.
Any tricks??
