Wow, that was so intense, Raina. I love birth stories that go into such detail--thank you for sharing everything in such a great way.

I could picture it so perfectly...there you are in the still of the night, submerged in the water--maintaining control in your own way and birthing your daughter

I think you did an incredible job and even though it wasn't quite what you pictured Abigail had an amazing, gentle birth experience and was brought into the world in such a wonderful way...which is what we all want for our children

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! I was going to call you this weekend if I didn't see a birth story. I'm in tears, wow what a wonderful experience! How is Abigail? I LOVE the name you picked out for her... It's perfect.

Is there anything you would like to have for the baby, now that she's here? I can't wait to meet her!
