I just read the what you don't eat thread by moma justice, and I was surprised to learn that there's issues with canola oil? I thought it was a "good" oil, and in fact, I probably overuse it (I pour globs of it in a pan to fry eggs, etc.) Can someone fill me in? I'm going to limit my use of it for now... Thanks!
