i got kicked off the yahoo group... I don't know why, i had posted w/in the time limit and everything! I'm sorry I haven't post more often, we have lots going on around here, and I am not online as much as I would like to be.

I'm SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO sorry!!! I wondered why we haven't heard from you. That was an accident and I didn't even know until now from your post that happened. When you are deleting members you just click little boxes and I must have mismatched them ot the user. I'm so sorry. Please join again!!!

i just submitted my form. I would have tried to rejoin sooner, (i get daily digests), but I was unaware that I was not in the system anymore, lol. I just thought everyone was being really quiet online b/c so many of you have had babies in the past couple of weeks, lol!!!

It's been a while since I've logged on to MDC, but I saw this thread. I live in Houghton Lake, MI and am looking for some AP moms to get together with. AP Moms are pretty scarce around here. Just wanted to say Hi and glad I found you.

Looking at possible move to Midland

My DH is looking at a job in Midland, so I am trying to investigate the scene to see if I can find SOMETHING to make me happy about that prospect. We are from Michigan (Detroit area), and until recently, I have been desperate to move back to be with my family again. However, now that I have a child, I feel a stronger need to protect her from my MIL by living 600 miles from Michigan . So I am wondering if anyone can tell me great things about Midland that may allay some of my terror at the thought of having my MIL meddling in our lives . . . . MY DH is willing to set rules, including no more than 5 visits per year (they live ni Flint) and no babysitting ever (MIL is verbally abusive, and possibly physically abusive).
