I feel the same way, i had my oldest when i was 17 in 1992, she was fully vaxed on schedule for her first 5 years.. now i feel so much remorse that i know i could have had a choice.. my doctor never made it seem that way and i just didnt know better. SHe even had the live oral polio vaccine She also had many ear infections in her first three years and antibiotics every time.. i feel so much regret about not being better informed My naturopath talked about her taking homeopathic thuja to rid her body of toxins and mercury, i need to find out more about this.
My next child had some vaccines at age 2 (i felt under a lot of pressure from dh and family) but hasn't had any since and wont have any more, and my youngest 2 are completely unvaxed.
The hard part of learning so much about it now is the guilt and worry i feel for my first child. I dont know what to do with it.

Honestly I think all mothers feel this way. Yes about different issues... but it's impossible to do everything and know everything and BE everything, ykwim?

I have a lot of regrets too about the past 2 years and before DS was born. My mercury fillings that I was talked into by my old dentist. Getting a DMSO treatment when I had just conceived (unbeknownst to me) and then miscarrying. Big life changing events that I could have had control over, but didn't take control.

I see it this way: I know now. I will do things differently now. And I have to trust that I have become thus enlightened in order to avoid a bigger mistake in our family's future. In fact, these things that happened that I mention above are directly associated with my questioning vaxes, and frankly, I think we dodged a bullet in DS's case.

I just want to share that I recently discovered that the Religious Leader and Director of the religious private school in which I work has two sons who are autistic, ages 11 and 8. So, so sad! They have and older sister who is fifteen, who is NOT autistic.

The man's own sons cannot attend this fine school because of their disabilities.

Yeah, I was wondering that myself. It was so secret that they did not make copies but put a report together that someone could get their hands on it because of the "Freedom of Information Act"???

I found the answer to my question in JFKjr document.......

Regarding the secret meeting being held in Simpsonwood Retreat Center..."The meeting was held with no public notice and apparently convened at Simpsonwood to avoid the reach of the Freedom Information laws which public health officials interpreted to cover only meetings at government offices" :LOL So, that was their thinking but everybody knows that works with Freedom Information Act, that doesn't fly.

So, how did SAFEMINDS know about the meeting to ASK for documents?

OK I need to read the book "Evidence of Harm" and check out SAFEMINDS website...

I think you're already doing everything right - you're seeing a naturopath! My naturopath has assured me that he can fix that stuff even when a child is older.
