Why I don't tell people!!!

I turned in my relig exemp to MDO so my girls could go 3 days this summer (a gift from my friend so I could have some alone time with my preteen). The MDO is at the church where I work in the nursery. The director freaked and called the church complaining that I was allowed to work there with unvax'd kids. Fortunately, the church admin already knew, but crap! She was going to kick them out before the health dept calmed her down, but to try to get me fired... I don't think I can manage to look her in the eye the next time I see her.

See, if I were in your shoes I would be out putting it in that lady's face and rocking the boat :LOL I've got to learn to keep my mouth shut...

I'm so sorry that happened to you! People can be so ignorant & rude!

That is total bull pucky. I would be very, very peeved and I honestly would want to have a talk with her because otherwise I think I would not be able to even look at her. I would have to get something off my chest about invasion of privacy or something. I'm so sorry she tried to get you fired!

Hmmm sounds like someone has some control issues. Maybe she should do some research before taking those drastic measures. I would have talk with her personally; however kindly you can let her know that her behavior was very innappropriate. Questions and concerns are normal behavior; freaking out is not. I hate it when people act like that!

HOw is possibly ethical (or legal!) for her to do that. Frankly, I would be taking it to her boss, or the pastor at the church where the MDO is held.

ETA: Being in a position where you have someone's personal information is a position of trust. She totally violated that.

Um, mad yes. Ask her this, If your kids are vaxed what are you worried about? :

Wow, ITA that that is a gross violation of privacy. I would absolutely say something.

Grr! Yes I would also ask her:

I would give her one of my pamphlets.

I would say something to that woman. Who knows what she is saying behind your back, and you don't need her making things uncomfortable for you or your kids.
