who should I tell?

We are a military family, and I plan on homeschooling my children. As far as vaccination exemptions go, should I file them with the military hospital every time we move, should I not be concerned until they are school aged, should I file it with the health dept? Should I keep it to myself?

it probably depends on the state you are in and what they require. Most only require exemptions if you are enrolling them in school or daycare.

I would avoid sharing that information with the military....

Don't say anything about it. When asked at check ups if you do them just say you don't vax or you are delaying them. I told our ped we don't vax and they put in her chart and they don't ask about them anymore. I don't file exemptions with them because I don't have to in my state but it depends on where you are living. I do have exemptions though in my home to cover myself but the peds office doesn't need one on file.
