I feel bad posting this (or anything) while still not congratulating all the mamas who have had their babies lately! I'm not good at this nakking business yet! I typed this out a little while ago, so I thought I would post it. You guys have already seen most of the pictures.

Kitty, I think the Hypnobabies course I did really helped me stay calm and relaxed. There are all kinds of suggestions on the CDs they give you like about how your labour will be fast and easy, you will remain calm and comfortable, every 20 minutes will seem like 5 minutes, etc etc. Even though I didn't really consciously use my Hypnobabies tools, I still think it had an effect on my labour overall.
