I was thrilled when the CDC just came out saying that Oil of Lemon Eucalyptus works just as well as low-level DEET products. I found some stuff made by a local essential oil place against bugs and used it on my baby (now 10 months old). Then, a friend said she had seen on the CDC site that they say most products containing oil of lemon eucalyptus are not recommended for use on kids under three years (oh, but of course DEET is supposed to be okay for kids over 2 months, right ) Anyway, I wrote to the local company and they gave me a glib answer of following what the CDC says. Now what? Anyone have any experience? It's not in its straight form -- it's in olive oil and with some other essential oils and it works great

I also heard Bite Blocker is supposed to be a good natural repellant. Anyone tried it?

Thanks!
