Headaches?

I had a lot of headaches from 12 to 20 weeks and then they mostly went away. Now this week (37 weeks onward) I've had headaches every day again. Very annoying and keeping me from sleeping (which is already a challenge). I see the doc tomorrow to discuss this but I'm wondering if anyone else is having this happen and what you are doing to help eliviate given that drugs aren't the best idea.

I've also been drinking water like crazy and trying to stay well-hydrated so I don't think this is the cause.

Thoughts? Ideas?

~naps if poosible
~warm baths w/ hot tea
~lavender oil on your temples <-- tried this today and it helped quite a bit

I was having a bunch of headaches last week - very unusual for me. I was actually worried that it could be blood-pressure related so I upped my protein intake and salted my food and made sure to drink water. BP looks fine and the headaches have subsided. I also noticed that, when I put my awareness on my head/neck, I was holding a lot of tension there for whatever reason. So I did my best to frequently check for tension and consciously relax my head/face/neck - seemed to help.

Those are good ideas. Maybe I've been more stressed out than I realize and that's part of it. I haven't tried the lavendar. That's a good idea too.
