A lot of ppl throw up as part of transition, but I guess I'm lucky in that it's not one of my labor symptoms. Those of you who do can try to view it as actually being a good thing as it really progresses you through labor (according to what I've read).
I made the mistake with Jacob of going right into the hospital (water broke to start me off). I don't remember getting anything to eat at all for the whole 15 hour labor except maybe some apple juice.
With Jaden, I didn't go to the hospital until right at the end of my 13 hour labor. I managed to eat a delicious fresh fruit salad with yogurt and a rice cake with peanut butter before I went in to deliver. I was a happy camper!
With Justin, I had been craving Chinese food for weeks. We finally ordered some the day after my best friend flew in for the birth, and I went into labor and couldn't eat it.

The labor was really quick (4 hours), and I wasn't hungry, so I didn't eat anything.
This time I guess I will eat/drink whatever I want at the time. We are stocking up on Gatorade as the Emergenc-C doesn't appeal to me (either
