How long have you used this product? Just got it last night, but had it on all evening.
Fit/Sizing: Fits great.
Performance: Wonderful!!! The babies were comfortable, as was I. I have had a hard time w/ my maximom twin carrier b/c it hurt my back and shoulders so bad, but I had the carriers on last night all evening w/ NO pain!
Workmomship: They are so beautiful. Every stitch in place and very sturdy.
Customer Service/Communication: Sarah is wonderful! I purchased my own fabric and mailed it to her and also e-mailed her with a long list of extras that I wanted on my carriers (I wanted the names embroidered, a ring to attach toys to, a pocket for keys, padding in the shoulders, etc). She always e-mailed me right back with answers to my questions, and she did such a beautiful job on the carriers!
Would you purchase this product again? Yes, I would.
Have you made a complaint to the WAHM about the product? If yes, please provide details of any resolution or lack thereof No complaints!
Additional Comments: I would definitely recommend Sarah. She was so interested in making sure that I got exactly what I wanted, and she worked with me above and beyond what I would have expected!!
