I do think she is crossing the line. I think it is hard when there are children involved though. I am not sure I am 'big' enough to be friends with DH's ex though probably would have tried harder if circumstances had been different to us. I think its best to be as neutral as possible but inviting her to the wedding and baby shower is not appropriate and in that case I think your feelings should be taken into consideration.
