I "A Little Princess" the one made in the 90's
"The Secret Garden" and "The Secret of Roan Inish"
They are all so lovely to watch.

I love "The Princess Bride" and " Pollyanna"!

For animated, I love "'The Jungle Book" & "101 Dalmatians"!

Shark Tale! BEST, best kid movie - great messages, great music.

and Shrek 2 - fun for kids and adults for different reasons.

The little ones and I can always agree on Character Counts or Choices Count - both great videos with great messages and no religion.

I personally adore the first Harry Potter but my kids haven't seen those movies yet.

Oh, yes, Parent Trap but we have the Lohan version. Also like Freaky Friday and Ella Enchanted - all good.

We love Shark Tale, Ella Enchanted etc too. Many here do not though I think

I cannot believe I forgot to add Fern Gully to my list! It's one of my very fave movies. I absolutely can't stand Fern Gully 2 though. Ick.

(ETA: I thought the Shrek movies were fantastic, and had great messages.)

When I was a kid, I loved the Shirley Temple movies The Little Princess and Blue Bird. When dd is older, I am going to get them for us.

I too was a HUGE Shirley Temple fan. I now own all her movies on video. Too bad my boys don't love her like I did! Though I am introducing her to my neighbors dd!
