I purchased a ring sling from Kiddie Cradles at a local LLL Conference. The fabric was beautiful and the sling was very comfortable. I mainly used it to carry DS on the hip. It's my favorite ring sling I own. (I own a few :LOL ) For some reason, it tightens much better than my Maya Wrap.
One day while we were out shopping and the one ring broke at the seam. Heather, who owns KC just happened to bump into me online and I mentioned that the ring broke. She appologized and offered to give me another sling or to fix it. So, I sent it back to her and within a few days I had the repaired sling ready to use. She was wonderful about the entire thing, followed up to make sure I sent it and received it -- and to make sure I was happy with the repair. I don't think that would happen again, either. She used a different type of ring in the repaired sling. It must have been a manufacturing issue with the ring.
I would give KC an excellent rating
. She is wonderful to do business with and would recommend her to anyone. The sling is made very well and as I said, the fabric on this particular one is just beautiful. Her slings are also very affordable. Happy sling shopping!
