Laura, you're getting somebody's money's worth out of that DDDDC! I love it.
Jess, you're probably right about DH needing more attention. Do you have the opportunity to give him some? It sounds very wise of you to see through his temper tantrums.
Yep, I'm ready for DH training camp in Hawaii. Eric has been wonderful as always. Last night, on request, he read to us from Hiawatha's Childhood
while Evelyn nursed.
Then, when she didn't go to sleep, he bounced her for a while to help put her down. In the end I patted her butt until she slept. It's
how we just get a feeling about what the baby wants or needs at a particular moment. I love that mommy instinct.

Thanks to Nana, I have time to be a good mom to Evelyn when I'm home, but it's soooo hard to switch into work mode. Then when I finally get there it's time to go pump or drive home to feed her. My brain gets dizzy from the changeovers sometimes.
Az, yay, an olive branch from MIL! That is one, er, unique woman.
Pam, it sounds like Geneva is a baby on the move. I like the story about marching. The commando crawl is very cute, too. We only have the snowplow, here. She won't take her thumb out of her mouth while she scooches.
How come I'm right in the middle and my weather is the opposite of most of y'all's? It's chilly here, about 70 and drizzling all day.
Lisa, I hope your DH continues helping to put Lauren down. Maybe she goes down easier for him because she knows he doesn't have a boob.
This weekend she bit my nipple for the first time. Ouch! It wasn't intentional and wasn't a clamp down, just a brief bite when I tried to get her to nurse but she wanted to smile and play. But youch! just another milestone....
