Placing an order to Mountain Rose Herbs--what should I get for post-partum?

Just ran out of red raspberry leaf tea, so placing a quick order. What are you finding most helping/soothing/healing for post-partum, for you or for your baby?

Do they have a postpartum sitz bath? I think those are worth their weight in gold!!!

After birth each time my DH and family konw that I need at least one bath a day with those herbs and to put the baby in with me after it's cooled down a bit. Mmmm. So nice.

Thanks! I just ordered the makings for a postpartum sitz bath (Aviva Jill Romm's recipe in Natural Healing After Birth).

Not sure if they carry it, but the best thing I had postpartum was "New Mama Bottom Spray" by Earth Mama Angel Baby. What a relief it was to use that mulitple times a day!
