Thank you gift for Doula?

What would be a nice thank you gift for my doula after the birth? I am paying her of course but want to do something thoughtful because she is really great.

Any ideas?

My favorite gift thus far has been a gift certificate for a one hour massage....it was heavenly, and something I wouldn't normally do for myself - plus, after a birth a doula sometimes really needs a good massage!

Anything pampering is great!

I don't think you could go wrong with gift certificate for a massage. Who wouldn't want one?
