Question regarding breastfeeding discrimination laws...

Has anyone been arrested or prosecuted under a breastfeeding discrimination law for harassing a nursing mother? Or is the law just used to make the harasser back down?

The Six Flags threads AND my soon to be protected right to breastfeed under Ohio law made me wonder.

That's a good question... I dunno!

BTW... for anyone who wants any, you can get nice business cards printed for $3.99 at VistaPrint (PM me your email address and I'll send you the offer since it requires a special link) so I picked a flag theme and I'm having the Indiana Code printed on them along with some fine print stating that NIP is not illegal in any state, but most states have enacted legislation protecting your right to nurse your child in public.

I'll be passing them out during WBW and at my Nurse Out.
