Count me in with HipMomma too. For me prayer is an extension of magic - whe I set out to do a fertility ritual I am praying to Mother to ask that she bless me with the gift of life. It's premeditated prayer if you will. It's also simple soemtimes but most importantly I think that magic and prayer - true magic and true prayer - come from teh same place - within your heart and soul. THat is, for me, the truest deepest place of Love for the divine both without and within.
