Does anyone have any kefir grains they could share or sell? I am desperate for some as I have ulcerative colitis and am trying to get some as soon as possible. By the way, I've been buying some probiotic goat's milk yogurt (kefir) from a farm in Texas, but it takes forever to get it. It has helped my condition TREMENDOUSLY! My daughter will drink cow's milk kefir, but I'll have to use the goat's milk for my consumption and for cooking - it's a bit more sour.
