Happy 6 monthday to Luka, Happy 7 monthday to Torin! YAY BABIES!!!
Laura - you are such a great mom. She is so chubalicious and awesome - you're SO right. She's PERFECT!!! She bats those eyes around like a pro, too
Ya'll don't KNOW humidity if 40% is killing you. Island mamas testify - is 99% humidity FUN, or WHAT?!
Karen - good luck. I sent your dad some more reiki last night and will again tonight, but as mentioned, I don't know exactly where to send it. I send about half of it to you...is your skin doing much better?
So for the first time today Ori really enjoyed swimming! He didn't go UNDER water but really liked being in the water with us. It was GREAT! YAY!
Heidi - whatcher got for a big girl like Beca? A back to school gift might be in order. I'd love to support your new venture
Ann- LOL on poor Kobe. Living a life so full of restrictions is SO hard, poor fella. Has he had any reactions to the chocolate? Was it dairy? I get choc chips from the hfs that are no dairy. A little too yummy for these hips
I do not want to speak of pre-post partum weight anymore. Ya'll go ahead, talk about those last 3 pounds, but for me, it's just sitting here like the proverbial bump on the log, Ugh. Every time I think I'm going to get motivated, I realize I NEVER have enough time to spend 30 min. exercising (which I admit is not a lot of time, anyway, but it WOULD be a good start, if I was consistent), get in a shower, and still get ANYTHING done around here that can't be done when Ori is awake (at which point we usually buzz out of the house, anyway. Shopping, movie, pool, walk the dog, water the flowers (here and at my neighbors), it just all needs to get done and budgeting time for it means losing time for SOMETHING...so far it's been exercise). I think maybe when Beca is back to school it'll be easier...but then we'll have to be home every day by 3:30 again, which cuts right into getting stuff done time...it's just so complicated and tbh I don't think I have the BRAIN CELLS to work it out.
Ok - I'm going to ask a kind of stupid question, but it's one I've had in the back of my head for YEARS and I've GOT to know... what is the difference between the type of sanctions that are imposed upon countries with 'bad politics' versus sanctioning something ie: I sanctioned the use of alcohol at the party. Doesn't one mean you CAN'T do something and the other mean you CAN? But they're the same word...I have NEVER understood that. Please enlighten me if you can (Jessi? This may be in your dept.)
Jess - I see you!
Annie - ok, understand the year round thing, but starting school on a FRIDAY??? Do they have school during the weekends, too? :LOL
Yeah Karen, what kind of system DO you guys use?
Laura - that's an AWESOME picture of your girls... SO easy to love
Ok, going to go unload the car from this morning's shop - we managed to get in the freezer/fridge stuff, but have not even had 20 min. to unload the rest. sigh.
Have a good P.M.! Andy
