How do you clean your microwave?

Anyone have any tips for getting the inside of the microwave clean? Mine is really messy, but I'm not sure what's safe to use inside. Would a simple vinegar solution work?

I have used vinagar and tto solution in the past. It worked pretty good. I always take the carosel out and wash it by hand in the sink.

My favorite cleaner right now is Ms. Meyer's Clean day. It smells great and works wonderfully!!!

When I had my mic, I would place water and lemon juice in a bowl with the sponge or cloth I was gonna use to clean it and heat for 2 minutes or so. I'd then take the sponge/cloth out too cool and heat the water longer to get steam build-up in the microwave. Then I'd wipe it down easily. Plus, the mic smelled really nice.

I spray it down really well with my standard vinegar solution (which usually has peppermint EO in it) then turn it on high for like 30-45 seconds. After that all the gunk just wipes right off.
