Well, this one went NOTHING like last time. 12 hours, including ~1 hr. of pushing before I was truly ready and ~1 hr. of productive pushing. My MW was AWESOME and kept me in the game. Turned out he had his fist up by his face and the cord wrapped around his shoulders so it was a SUPER tight squeeze. Ouch.
However, baby boy (no name yet!) is truly perfect and we are thrilled to have him.
