Want to sew a Mei Tei..how?

I originally posted this in babywearing and they pointed me here. I want to make a mei ei or similar asian carrier. Any suggestion?

My new Mei Tei cost me under $10 Canadian... Found GREAT fabric on sale and I have leftovers can't beat that can you

I used some fabric I had around the house and I loveeee mine!!!
