My MIL cooks with this, and it looks pretty gross. She insists it's good for lowering cholesterol (dh was recently diagnosed with high cholesterol after eating foods cooked with it almost daily for a few months), but it's hard, so I'm worried about transfats. I think it's mainly coconut oil, but the container's information is in Arabic, so I can't be sure. Thanks!
