Okay, here's what I have around:
Chicken (boneless/skinless). Frozen, might not thaw all the way by suppertime.
Fresh red beets
Avacadoes
Whole wheat pasta (spaghetti or rigatoni) or tricolor pasta
Brown rice
Cheddar cheese
I have 2 zucchini and some sliced baby bellas too, but I sort of have them earmarked for another night. Not completely out of the question, though.
Also have basics: butter, parmesan, flours, spices, rice milk, a bit of sour cream, eggs, breadcrumbs, etc. Probably don't have any decent oil but I can fake it with butter or milk.
Thoughts? I'm so bored of the same old junk.
