Just wanted to let you know that I had this stuff called New Mama Bottom Spray from Earth Mama Angel Baby and it is the most AMAZING thing. If you can get some for after the birth - I am singing the praises. It's for your perineum and it feels SOOOOOOOOO good. I had Dermaplast w/ DS1 and this is a bazillion times better and smells nice, too.
Witch hazel distillate, cucumber distillate, peppermint and eucalyptus essential oils. All in a convenient little pump. It is so nice and cool and soothing.
And I'm all out of it! Waaaaaaaaaa!
